Day 20

Well today has been like most days as of late.. I still wake up and eat some scrambled eggs and soft boiled potatoes.  Then I have my GNC Lean Shake.  I take my vitamins, go to Ravenna's park and go walking for around 45 minutes to an hour straight..  Drinking water throughout the whole day.  I then eat something like applesauce or even some cottage cheese, Drink another Lean Shake.  Then go to bed.  My latest weight comes in at 321.8 which brings my total weight loss to 33.2 lbs.  See you next time!
