Day 28
Well Eating foods like canned tuna has been a refreshing change from just soft non meat foods.. Only two more days before I can eat meats like chicken and ground up hamburger.. Today is a milestone for me since I have officially lost 40 pounds or 25% of the total weight I intend to lose. On the 14th I will be going to Dr. Smith's office in Georgetown for my one month appointment check up and labs. I suspect he will be very pleased with my weight loss progress. Id like to thank all that care to view this blog and hope that you will continue to do so in the future. My official weight as of this morning comes to 314.5 which is a total loss of 40.5 lbs.
